Stellarbridge has completed its SOC 2 Type II examination.
Prescient Security, an independent CPA firm, examined the controls supporting the Stellarbridge service and assessed whether those controls operated effectively throughout the examination period.
The examination
SOC 2 examinations are performed under standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. A Type II report evaluates both the design of the controls in scope and their operation over a defined period.
The Stellarbridge report includes Prescient Security’s opinion, a description of the system examined, the controls in scope, the tests performed, and the results of those tests.
The scope
The examination covers the Stellarbridge service and the supporting operational environment as defined in the report. That boundary includes the systems, processes, people, and providers used to operate the service covered by the examination.
Customers evaluating Stellarbridge should use the system description in the report to confirm that the service and deployment model they intend to use fall within the examined boundary.
